Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused coffee gear or unopened coffee bags in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
