How long will it take to receive my coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You have the flexibility to choose delivery intervals of 2, 4, or 6 weeks.

What is your return policy for coffee beans?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Are your beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. At HumbleBean, we prioritize Direct Trade relationships, ensuring that our farmers are paid well above Fair Trade minimums to support sustainable and ethical farming practices.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly to get your coffee to you fresh. If you need to make changes, please email our support team within 2 hours of placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, HumbleBean Coffee ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries in the near future.
